Living like a local means sipping a beer at “Harmony Park”, going with your chef to the local market for produce, rum, patties, and much more.

  • Negotiable pricing based on number of people and length of stay. We will entertain any length of stay, generally indicative pricing for one week with 4 or less people is $1,050. Additional discounts will apply to longer stays.

The residence accommodates a maximum of 7 people.

Cancellation Policy

 A refund will be issued if canceled over 7 days prior to arrival throughout the year, and 14 days prior to arrival between December 20 and January 5.   The full amount is non-refundable when canceled within 7 days. The amount will be held as credit for a stay within 1 - 3 years. Blackout dates such as major US and Jamaican holiday periods apply.

No refund if there is a no-show.  A 5% credit card fee will be deducted from refunds for canceled reservations.  Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancelation date.
