For the past five years, she has curated and produced the annual Juneteenth Celebration for Carnegie Hall. Jewel is an alum of Columbia University’s Arts Leadership Institute, New York Foundation for the Arts Leadership Circles, and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government’s: Women and Power: Leadership for the 21st Century program.

Joanna is Chief Marketing Officer and Partner. Her background is in consumer marketing, public relations, brand development, media relations. She is also Chief Executive Officer of Allen Marketing Communications, Inc. a boutique consumer marketing agency specializing in travel marketing. She has worked with Alpenwild Food and Chocolate Tours, Luxury Scotland Tours, Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Sublime Samana Hotel, Puerto Rico Tourism Company, San Pellegrino USA. Joanna graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics with a minor in Creative writing.

Hugh is Founder and Chief of Design and Strategy, CDS0. He is responsible for web design, maintenance; social-media; data analysis. Among his interests are: design and systems thinking, logistics, ethics and sustainable tourism. He has worked in government and various clinical settings. Hugh is a physician. He completed a Fellowship at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons/New York Psychiatry Institute; received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and a B.S in Chemistry from Brooklyn College, CUNY.
