Experience the ultimate “Foodie” experience in quaint Port Antonio, Portland, Jamaica. You will spend five days and four nights savoring sumptuous Jamaican dishes. A top chef will teach you about the essential ingredients in authentic Jamaican cooking. You will sample some of the best Jerk and street food on the island, dine at local restaurants, visit local markets, coffee and rum estates. Stay at exclusive boutique hotel or villa in the foot hill of the Blue Mountains.

Day 1: Explore Kingston’s history and food scene
Morning: Arrive at the Norman Manley Airport in Kingston to start your experience. Your driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Savor an authentic Jamaican breakfast at the Spanish Court or AC Marriot Hotel
Visit Emancipation Park and Heroes Park, and tour the city, join a downtown Art Walk
Head to Devon House for lunch, enjoy traditional Jamaican dishes; jerk chicken, patties, and their famous selection of ice cream
We have arranged for dinner is at a top restaurant or at the AC Marriott or Strawberry Hill or a first class restaurant
Enjoy a nature walk at Hope Gardens.
Climb the foot hills of St. Andrews We stop at EITS Café for an organic breakfast.
Visit a Coffee Estate to sample and learn about the iconic Blue Mountain Coffee; enjoy a lite-lunch and mindfully absorb the stunning mountain views
Day 2: To Journey to Port Antonio
You journey along the scenic route, unhurriedly, through the pristine tropical forest to Port Antonio, Portland. Check in to your hotel or villa.
Relax at Hotel Private Beach, the Blue Lagoon, San San or Frenchman Cove Beach
For dinner, we have chosen a top rated restaurant for you to experience some of the best local dishes.
Day 3: Chef’s Table: learn to cook Jamaican
Enjoy an authentic Jamaican breakfast prepared by your chef
Visit the local market where you will learn about the key ingredients in Jamaican cuisine. You will work with Chef to prepare a typical lunch.
After lunch, head to the famous Blue Lagoon, for boat ride or swim in the crystal-clear waters.
For dinner your will experience a Five course meal prepared by top Jamaican chef
Day 4: Nature and Adventure
Morning free to sleep in, relax at the beach or pool late afternoon: Boston Jerk Centre and Boston Beach
visit the Boston Jerk Centre, the birthplace of Jamaican jerk
For the fit and adventurous travelers looking to spend the day at Reach Falls, a natural waterfall and mineral spring located in the John Crow Mountains. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the cool waters and explore the beautiful rainforest.
Stop on the way to the hotel for dinner at Secret’s Chillout Bar and Grill. Note: This venue may host a bonfire in your honor. You will love the food and the tranquil sounds of the sea, local music and great company
Day 5. Travel Home
Enjoy a breakfast of ackee-n-saltfish, calloo, some more Blue Mountain coffee or local tee and last-minute swim, before heading to the Airport.
This experience is designed for a minimum of eight people and a maximum of 12 persons. Guests must be older than 18.
Trip Cancellation Policy
Refund will be issued if canceled according to the Hotel or Resort policies. For example, a refund will be issued if canceled over 45 days prior to arrival throughout the year, and 90 days prior to arrival between December 20 and January 5. • The full amount is non-refundable when canceled within 45 days, 90 days or under between December 15 and January 10.
When permitted by the hotel the amount will be held as credit for a stay within 1 - 2 years. Blackout dates such as major US and Jamaican holiday periods apply. Non-hotel cost will be fully refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival. No refunds for no shows. A 5 percent credit card fee will be deducted from refunds for canceled reservations. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
